Abstract
Surrounding the Tower of the Earth, itself 47 meters high, is an open space where paper-cut lanterns, wind sound implements, and benches are arranged such that visitors can relax and enjoy the flickering lanterns, sounds from the sound implements, and the visual effect of the flowing water. After passage through a dimly illuminated passage, the viewer sees a 40-meter sphere in the air and an illuminated space unlike any seen before. In this pavilion, the viewer can enjoy an ever-changing and large display of kaleidoscopic patterns and various other lighting effects.
